Tracy is a phenomenal teacher. She sees her students and tailors her class to fit the vibe. Her corrections and understanding of how bodies move is both well intentioned and appreciated and I know she genuinely cares about my well being.

Carl Grant is an absolute GEM! Three months ago I had a serious accident and injured my hand. I have not been able to do yoga or really anything but walking since my surgery. He took such good care of me! He helped me with suggestions on the practice, he looked over me and made sure I was ok (and his class was bursting at the seams) and at the end he brought me a blanket. I love Power Yoga and Carl is the very best 🩷
