As always with this location the managers and staff provide exceptional customer service. For this gym to continue to provide great customer experience , the gyms cardio equipment, other equipment and facilities require some maintenance and upgrades. Additionally, adding measurables to the customers training programs by incorporating metrics that measure the athletes improvements e.g. weight loss, speed, strength would be very helpful.
