Working out at Power Pilates feels like a treat. Everything from the size of the classes, to the quality of equipment and teachers equates to an all round wellbeing experience. I've been attending since they first opened and still find the classes fresh and innovative and my body (and mood) continues to improve. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
