I’ve been loving my first couple weeks at Power Pack! A suggestion I have is to include more stretching/recovery style classes earlier & throughout in the week as opposed to just the end of the week, because I can’t do HIIT/strength classes more than one day in a row, otherwise I’m too sore and just have to stay home. I’d totally go to a class every day if I could mix in recovery classes in between the high-intensity classes.Ann Marie G.

I love Power Pack because the owners are very involved, very passionate, they remember your name which makes you feel like you're part of a really cool group. The attention is so warm and enthusiastic and personal. The trainers are fantastic and so much more qualified and precise than anything that you see at a typical gym. I followed my trainer over here from a larger corporate gym he had worked in previously and it was worth it.Kira C.
