  • I had one-on-one training with Tanya. She's extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I was educated on form and exactly what body part each move targeted. I have a bad knee and instead of ignoring it and having me do a workout to avoid the area, we did exercises to strengthen it. The studio itself is small and intimate which I find to be extremely welcoming!
