• Angie was easy to keep up with, been away for a long time so class was not Overwhelming and hard to keep up with

• I was hesitant and intimidated because I had NEVER been to a spin class. The instructor and staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Though I walked out like a fawn with a sore booty, I'm happy that I decided to come! Looking forward to future classes.
