• High energy, feeling welcome, definitely will burn calories, fun group. Folks just have to know their personal limitations so not over do/injure / aggravate any past injuries. So, only caveat I have is individuals need to be aware and not try to keep up/ compare /and or compete. A tad short on orientation and instructor letting folks know that..
