I love that my mom & I can take a class together, both feeling like we’re going at our own pace, while still getting a great workout. All of the instructors are wonderful and train in their own unique way. I get a different workout with every class which I think is really important! Each week I learn something new. I love it.
This is such a positive environment with women of all ages. Feels like a family. I absolutely love it. Good for the soul!

The staff is extremely friendly. They get to know you as an individual so they can customize your workout that best suits your needs. I love going here!!!
