It was convenient and I appreciated a local experience from a great local studio. Elaine was very clear in her instruction and demonstration. I would have liked more individual feedback and suggestions for alternate positions since I have some physical limitations right now. Also, I did not have the props needed and not sure if that was explained in the description beforehand.
