The salon is welcoming and friendly. Tila offers warm and generous hospitality. The shampoo gal Gwen offered me water or tea or coffee and made me a hot cup of coffee that was perfect! Tila listens and does an amazing job on my hairstyle every time . She shows interest and is highly skilled !! It's always a great experience. I have been a regular customer at many salon's throughout my life and most take their routine customers for granted , Tila makes me feel special every time I come for my weekly appointment!! That is why I scored Posh a 10!
