• Scheduling adequate time for the requested service(s) is rarely sufficient. My stylist is always left rushing or splitting work with other staff because she is never allotted enough time to do the work.

• Scott did such an awesome job and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I've only really gotten my hair done once before and I felt very rushed and not heard during that experience (which cost more). I'll definitely be back when my hair needs a refresh!
