• alexa was so friendly and personable, immediately making me feel welcome when i came in (and had a killer playlist going!). mikayla was professional, quick, and got the job done with little pain! also very friendly and made the whole experience as relaxing as waxing can be. if i'm in town again i'll for sure be back, and will send my SF friends there in the mean time :)
