• I was greeted immediately and taken back for my pedicure even though I was a few minutes early. When I shared that I had gel polish on, Nicole stated that there was a $15 charge for removal and asked if that was ok. I hesitated in my response and she went to check. She returned and said they’d do it without charging. This was greatly appreciated! Great, professional service all around!
