• I went in there just have a consultation and a lady named Mindy is the one that helped me, Mindy was very kind, very transparent, very professional, very personable , Her disposition and her demeanor is just so kind. She doesn't treat you as if you're blow her or that she knows more but she is very knowledgeable and she will share and be transparent so you understand exactly the process of whatever you're having done. There was another lady there and she just made me totally uncomfortable. She had purple hair in place that I went to prior to my perm that I wanted was not what I got in return there is no curls on the bottom and it's like a tight wave on the top. It looks like Ramen noodles. The lady with the purple hair said she would never even do my hair knowing I used box dye and was very adamant And very aggressive and if it wasn't for Mindy and talking with her, I definitely would not come back. I went to that store along time ago and another lady cut my hair but kind of messed it up but the owner was so beautiful so kind she fixed it. She was just amazing and I totally wish I would've went to you guys to get my hair done, but Mindy is very beautiful very kind very calm and her disposition and her demeanor, I cannot wait to have her help me fix my hair issue.
