Very warm and welcoming. Jasmine listened to my hair needs which lead to a great cut. I only wish their sitting area was a little different and had new age hair images or books but overall fantastic place!
Michelle is an amazing therapist! I’ve been going consistently to her now and I have seen major improvement in my stiffness and muscle soreness. If you are looking for a great massage do not go anywhere but Portsmouth Spa!
