• We had a family emergency in the morning and needed to move our appointments back, the ladies were all lovely and very accommodating... We had great treatments and my partner loved his first experience of a spa! Food was lovely and the atmosphere was so relaxing, just what we needed with having a whirlwind 2 year old daughter! Brilliant day. Thankyou to every one!

• We had the perfect, relaxing day at Portland Hall spa. Everyone is so friendly and professional, and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The private candle lit pool is amazing!

• My friend & I had a lovely time yesterday. Excellent alround experience. Unusual setting in keeping with the previous use of the building. Helpful staff, enjoyable treatments. We paid extra to our voucher packages for more convenient time slot & dressing gowns & slippers. 3 course full lunch was to a high standard & tasty. Champagne was a full bottle of Monsignor Brut. Definitely recommend to friends.

• Visited Portland Spa yesterday with my daughter. What an amazing day. We started with the candle lit spa all to ourselves and was served with fresh fruit. We then had our treatments, which included a massage. The therapist was excellent. We ended our visit with a light lunch. We will definitely be back. Have left feedback on trip advisor as well x
