• I was hesitant what to expect as I purchased a great offer on Groupon for me and my mum. But the service from the moment we walked in was amazing, we were made to feel welcomed from the beginning to the end. One one the best spa experiences I've had and I will be booking again! I've already told friends and family about Portland Hall Spa. Well done to all the staff, it was extremely busy but you all took it in your stride and didn't show any stress and the service wasn't affected. Amazing!

• Was lovely and calming, felt so relaxed when we left. I had really bad spots on my face when I first came and they have all gone down and face feels amazing, my partners back was really sore and now he feels fantastic. The food was delicious we was not expecting what we got and impressed us was really happy with the whole experience. Will definitely be looking at coming again in the future.
