Porcelain

I have been a customer of a very well known face spa for quite a few years now. I cannot say that there was no improvement to my skin condition, but it was certainly not as good as I would have expected. Through recommendation, I gave Porcelain a try. It helped that they are having a promotion right now. I signed up for both the Classic and Aesthetics trial collections.

On my first treatment, I was swayed. On my second, I was sold. I can truly say my skin has never felt so good before, not only just right after the treatment, but for weeks.

The second treatment (called Quintessential), involved some serious extractions which I did not think I would want to continue with at first, because it was pretty painful and I have a low threshold for pain! However having seen the results after a few days, I changed my mind. Even my colleague could tell a difference!

Apart from the results, I must say I really felt very comfortable with the customer service. Not once did I feel obligated to sign up for anything. In fact, when I showed interest in signing up for further treatment, I was advised to complete the entire promotional package before making a decision.
And I love Porcelain's products, especially the cleansers. My skin does not feel tight after cleansing and I would say even the other well-known spa's products failed in this aspect.

I am really happy with what I am getting and am looking forward to my next treatment.

Porcelain is luxe, friendly with amazing results and incredible tech to back it up. The service and quality is excellent. I did their Aesthetic Collections Trial with 3 Facial treatments and was really happy with the results.
1) Proionic Facial
The treatment was wonderful. Everything smelt divine, very interesting sensations from warm to cooling. Half way through they showed me the difference and it was quite amazing. The instant firming of my skin and disappearance of lines was visibly noticeable. The massage in between was good and relaxing and the face massage at the end felt great. I walked out with my skin glowing, smooth and firm.

2) Sun Revival Facial
Skin felt so hydrated after wards. The Therapist was very knowledgable even with all my questions. It was a very cooling treatment and although I tired it because I have dry skin, if I ever did burn my face this would be an incredible treatment. The mask was very cold when it first went on and kind of felt like a bit of a head freeze. The Oxy Spray after was very refreshing and smelt great. And at the end I even had a foot bath and my skin felt like silk after.

3) Illuminate Facial
Seeing the results halfway through the Oxy Dimamote Micro was incredible. I had no idea how pigmented and blotchy my skin was until I saw the difference. It totally smoothed out my skin and really made it look clear and radiant. Isabelle was really knowledgeable and informed me all about my skin. She helped me to understand my skin type which I never understood before. I had the oat enzyme peel which was very soothing. The bio mask was cooling and refreshing. I walked out with my skin looking and feeling light, rejuvenated and radiant !

Having only ever had a proper facial twice before, I am a total convert. Already looking forward to my next one.

Good service with friendly staffs. After oxyrevive and extractions , my face is more brighter ! The overall appearance of my face is well , i can say improved slightly. Though after 2nd extractions, there were scabs but they said it is normal so , hopefully they will go away after 1 wk !

Best extraction facial which left me with glowing skin for the next 2-3 months! Their facial products are also mild and suitable for sensitive skin, while serving their purposes well :) Love that their sales personnel aren't pushy too!
