• Gorgeous surroundings and very friendly staff with good prices and excellent customer care. One thing I would say is with no cubicle nipping it’s not the professional looking finish I’m used to. The polish was applied in such a way that it went over the cuticles and surrounding skin a lot and then tidied with a brush after. This never looks as neat as applying it neatly to begin with. As I said I would still recommend poppy & monroe for overall satisfaction and the experience you give but I was only looking at my polish today thinking it’s not as professional a finish as I would have hoped. Tiny tweaks would have made the finish perfect. Hope this helps.
