• It's just so unique. You walk in and you can feel, experience and evensmell (there is no icky smell) the difference. I feel like Karen hascreated a culture of passion for health and holistic beauty, and itshines through not just in nails. The staff were all lovely andattentive. I can also see that Karen has a massive vision forhospitality, and it shows the moment you walk through the door. Theycall you by name once they know it, they offer refreshments, the seatsfor the pedicure and manicure stations are inviting, and the lobby isexploding with inviting smiles and holistic products alike. Thankyou especially to Mo who did my nails! So memorable. I will definitelybe back ♥️
