• Jessica was very thorough in her explanations of how and why stretches work to ease my pain. She has a very serene and calming presence and seemed to identify my areas of pain quickly and effectively. I know it will take several sessions to straighten out some of my issues, but she was able to get me to a point of some tangible relief. The spa itself has an aesthetically calming and pleasant atmosphere, and the staff was super helpful. I came on a rainy day and enjoyed quietly relaxing in the waiting area while watching the rain. Who can say that they loved the waiting area of a business? I can. This was my first visit, but I look forward to so many more and to trying the different services offered.
