• A friend had recommended a hairdresser for me, but to get an appointment I had to call her number as she sets up her appointments. I left a message with my name and number. She never returned my call. I thought" how inconsiderate". Then I was looking for someone to color my eyebrows. Since you were close by, called, but got an answer referring me to a number to text message. That came back immediately saying it did not go through. Thought since you were close would just drive over and make an appointment. Was met at the front desk by a very pleasant lady and returned yesterday for a facial, eyebrow and eyelash tint with Rachel. A very relaxing enjoyable experience. The morning after I had tried to call your number for an appointment I received a text message from Kelly saying "sorry we missed your call is there something I can assist you with. I thought. "now that's the way to run a successful business. I have an appointment booked with Rachel for October and November.
