• Ashley was very friendly and professional. The front desk staff was not particularly inviting (two people sitting there, one holding the phone to her ear and the other not offering to help). Certainly not rude and they didn't ignore me, just not anything above and beyond.

• Kathy was great. Made me feel comfortable during what could be a very awkward service (Brazilian 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣). Was very efficient. Facility was beautiful and clean. A great experience overall.
