  • I like that Susan greeted me warmly and on time for our appointment. As I am a senior, she was helpful to assist me as needed to get on and off the table without rushing me. Susan took her time doing the eyebrow wax and wanted to be sure that I was satisfied when she was done. It was a pleasant experience .
