  • As a birthday treat to myself, I made an appointment for Permanent eyeliner. I have been wanting to do this ever since I found out you could! I have been nervous to have it done because I have 2 botched tattoos, and being that eyeliner is on my face - I was afraid of another botched tattoo!! I highly recommend Josephines!! Practically painless, she uses numbing cream, and is very meticulous. I am so happy with it! Josephine is AMAZING going 💥💖
