• Jennifer’s massage skills are absolutely amazing. I was pretty disappointed with the relaxation room being bright and noisy, and the folks using the space continued to talk in the hallway, which definitely had a negative impact on the overall atmosphere and my relaxation. I’m giving a 10 solely for Jennifer. Otherwise, my overall experience yesterday (Jan 10, 2023) would have garnered a 6 or 7 out of 10. I hope in the future that loud outside groups can be given a separate space away from salon/spa clients. A relaxation room is meant for relaxing prior to and after services, and I did not have the opportunity to enjoy it at either time. My first experience at Polished back in the summer was much more enjoyable in that regard. I mean no harm to you at all, I just think this needs to be shared with you, as I truly love the services you provide and wish for your continued success.
