Jacob R.Newbury Park, CA10212Jan 22, 2024I've been here 3 times since October. I had Amalia each time for a mani/pedi treatment. She is great. She offers me different add on but does upsell. Just the treatment requested but dine to my specifications.
And I like that I made a good impression because she looks forward to seeing me again. Just overall caring aesthetician.

Brandi D.Thousand Oaks, CA8810422Dec 21, 2023I just had my nails, toes, and eyebrows done here and every single person I interacted with was amazing and did such a great job. My toes and brows look amazing, and my nails look the BEST they have ever looked.
I got the Apres nails with the French manicure upgrade, and they are so classy and feel so natural on my real nails. I don't think I will ever be able to go anywhere else to get my nails done.
The estitician made my brows look great! I cannot do what she did myself so I will definitely continue coming here for shaping and cleanups.
10 out of 10 recommend.

Had the best man manicure and pedicure there. She got into every crevice and left my nails looking very clean and polished. Will definitely book again with her. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she has short curly red hair is what my wife remembers.

Since new owners have taken over the salon it is much better. Now, as a client, with the wonderful technicians the shop is well run and the owners are helping that!

It is for the owners who bought this salon a few years ago, At first they came in making some changes to beautify the salon. That was fine but then over the last year they not only have increased the price twice but have cut down on services. They used to offer you a drink (water, a soda or a sparkling soda), they used to put in rose petals in your pedicure bowl, they used to have drying spray and orange sticks to push back your cuticles. Now its as though they don't care about this business and have become a budget store with premium prices. This is truly unfair to the faithful customers who have been coming here for years and to the wonderful technicians. I employ the owners to take time and bring this salon back to more than a sub standard business because if not, than many of us will go somewhere else to get our services. :(

My old nail tech had to go back to Vietnam for a month so I needed to find a substitute to do a powder dip manicure. When I went to the salon on a Saturday it was empty except for the nail tech. This is the worst manicure I've ever had. I had broken two nails so she replaced them with acrylics which popped off in two days. I just do clear polish but that turned out pink and my nails feel very rough. The final straw was the price. With tip it was over $100. For a manicure??? Won't be back!

Mariana has a perfectionist eye, and makes sure you are satisfied before sealing the deal. Management makes sure you are happy before leaving. So happy with my request and final product. !!!!!!

I could literally talk to her for hours and I always look forward to going in fur my appointments. The salon is so clean and relaxing and the music is the best! Highly recommend Crystal Itxel for pedicure
