Great class organisation, amazing instructors, proper warmups and good class structure
The instructors at PDMP really take the time to get to know their students and to support us both on and off the pole. And it goes beyond just remembering who has what injuries, it’s a rare skill of building relationships and tailoring both their way of teaching and what they teach and how they encourage. When I’m in a class or a 1:1, my instructor knows where I’m at and how to motivate me and how I learn. Most studios just don’t have instructors who will take that kind of approach and dedicate the time needed to understanding what works for individuals.
