I love the choreography and how clear the teachers are. Filly is fantastic and keeps things moving as well as explaining everything with a positive attitude ☺️

Amazing class, loved the energy and inclusive feeling even though i was watching the recording. Love that I can do it on my weird lunch break times because I can't normally make the class times
Positive and energetic teacher, nice backdrop/setting, i always feel like i've had a great workout after Filly's classes and learn new ways to stretch and move! I have done movement classes with other schools but Diva's online classes that i have done tick all the boxes
