• I absolutely love the classes. I feel challenged, the instructors engage and correct movements. I typically go to Stephanie and Karahs classes, It works best for my schedule, but nlI really enjoy both girls. The unique feeling of community and personal connectivity has also gave me a level of commitment which is very important to me.
