• Great classes and instructors.

• I loved the class. It was comfortable. The environment is darling. Having everything set out is so helpful. And the instructor occasionally stepped close to me to give me help as a novice returning after surgery. There were times I wish I had a modification provided. I figured it out, and it was a group class, so I really can't fault the instructor for keeping the train moving. It's important to be like "4, 3, 2, 1" but also, maybe for a few seconds at the beginning of each position, say, if this is too much, try this ... then go into the exercise. BUT, again, she did stop and help me a number of times and that was a blessing. And, I bought a pass. So, that's good.
