• The instructors are so uplifting and helpful when I feel I can't do any more they encourage me and really feel they watch me to make sure I'm doing it correctly so I don't hurt myself. The place is clean !! jennifer and Annamarie are such wonderful instructors the best!!!!!!

• The new Jump Stretch Reformer class incorporated with the Tower was amazing! My body felt strong yet lengthened and flexible. I would love to see more of that class offered!
