Customer Reviews Back to Business Profile

  • The environment, instructors, and workouts are amazing. The instructors are incredibly friendly and are easy assisting additionally since I am new so that I'm getting the most that I can out every workout. Additionally, the music by far is the BEST mix of workout music I have ever heard. I have and will continue to recommend Poise because they truly do offer best classes I have ever been too at great rates! 👍🏽
