• The class was a little difficult for me, but I haven't exercised in 2.5 years so I expected it to be. I think in time it will be perfect for me. The instructor was great- very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly; the room was accommodating and clean; and a couple girls in the class were very friendly and encouraging.

• I came to workout with my daughter, not sure what to expect. The facility is classy and clean. Instructors are so helpful to this uncoordinated Nana. Excellent workout! Im feeling it today haha.
