• The teachers are very personable and well trained. They take into consideration each individual's strengths and weaknesses and give options appropriate to the individual. The exercise rooms are a treat, clean and fun with the chandeliers.

• Classes are always great and makes me feel so good and motivated afterwards love going to the classes wish they were a little more affordable but other than that it's a great class
