Awesome instructor, great music, challenging moves
Instructor Made the class challenging but at a pace that was not unachievableShe has a very nice temperament and had good music
1. Class was good level of difficulty, great instructor. I'm sore today! Also, was a great first yoga class since having a baby almost 11 months ago.
2. Outdoor spot was perfect and class size was great (not crowded and easy to social distance).
