• Plum Natural is the best nail salon I have found in Austin in the 11 years I’ve lived here. Kim gives me the absolute best mani/pedi I have ever had. Her attention to detail and pride in her work is evident in the final product. The shop is relaxing and very clean, a must for me! I highly recommend Plum Natural and especially Kim!

• I moved to Austin recently and I've had a very difficult time finding a salon that prioritized sterilized and sanitary equipment. This salon has a wonderful ambiance and an amazing staff! I had an awesome gel manicure with Chris. I've finally found the perfect salon!

• Great location, super clean, very very nice professionals I work with. I get the same person (Kim) as I requested that. So no need to repeat everything. When you come in, following an appointment, the water is already ran, the epsom salt already there, your esthetician already has sanitized the tub and put a plastic liner, all equipment is sanitized . Sally the owner is wonderful and LISTENS to all comments. FOr me , there is no other
