• The first time I came their credit card machine wasn't working so I actually got a free eyebrow wax so they didn't have to inconvenience me with waiting. This is the level of customer service I have gotten from the beginning. Of course I don't expect free waxing all the time. However, I can tell that customer experience is a top priory for them. They always make sure I am happy and I have been a customer with fairly consistently for the past year.
