Gwen is professional and caring. Her voice is soothing as she tells you each step (even if you've been seeing her for 15 years!). The spa room is small, cozy and relaxing. The bed on which you lie is comfortable. I make all of these points because my Mom, who is in the throes of dementia, never felt uncomfortable. While I was getting my treatment, Gwen put her to relax in this awesome massage chair and she was calm and quiet. While my mom was getting her treatment, I didn't really hear much from her which means a lot. In a nutshell, my face looks great and my Mom is comfy with her
