Had a great class with Teresa. My first time doing pilates and I can’t wait to go back. Teresa explains everything so clearly and ensures you are doing everything correctly. I suffer with a back injury and she was extremely helpful ensuring all moves were comfortable for me to do. I’ve already booked in for another ‘Essentials’ class. Wish there was more beginners classes at the weekends. Thanks Teresa for a great class!
