I am continuing to really enjoying Vanessa's classes. She is a brilliant instructor and so attentive to all our individual needs. She gives us a very strong workout but as I have said before, her lovely calm voice eases the pain😊. I highly recommend her classes and I know from speaking to other class members that they feel the same.
