I discovered Reformer Pilates with Platinum Pilates. The teachers are extremely talented and all have their own style. They are really willing to give you the best experience as possible and take time to watch their students and correct their position when necessary. I felt a huge improvement of chronic pain in my back. To add to this, the place (Stillorgan) is amazing.
