Laura Ann is an excellent teacher she breaks down the excerise so you are in the correct position. Once I left the class I texted a friend to recommend her. Fab teacher.

Hugely enjoyable class. Una is a great teacher, she gives clear instructions and great feedback. Her class pushes you to the next level.
Instructions are excellent
I really enjoyed the class. However, I do think the classes would be more accessible and myself and friends would be more likely to attend regularly if they were slightly less expensive.
