Nikki is great, very encouraging and a great work out
The instructor was so nice and accommodating to different strenghts and fitness
Very enjoyable classes and always feel great afterwards as a result
My first time doing reformer Pilates really enjoyed it instructor really helpful went through the reformer machine with me before class started class really good looking forward to my next visit
