Great instructors who know exactly what were needed at every sessions. While every instructors were different, all of them ensured that everyone of us kept our form so as not to sustain any injuries.
Helen is a very good trainer..... My back pains are gone when I leave the room :)

Ellie’s classes are always just fabulous. Really great structure, perfect amount of challenge and clear instructions
Julie was a great teacher last night. She is very calm, works us hard but in good humour and we had a great stretch at the end of class. She doesn’t shout at the class or click her fingers at us! I felt great leaving the class, mentally and physically.
