Great clean studios, new equipment, engaging instructors, good combination of toning & flexibility, started seeing results only after a month!
I only started Pilates in Oct and I love it. I never stick at excercise classes and it's the first thing I really love going to and look forward to. I usually go to the Sandymount room and Helen Seymor is fantastic. She's a lovely lady and a great teacher
