Because the teachers I have had have been absolutely amazing I have enjoyed every class and have recommended to my friends and family one of which so far has joined and are loving it

It was my first time back in over a year and I remembered why it’s so good/important. My instructor (Coleen) was amazing - she really took the time to talk through every move in a way that made it easy to understand, especially for the uncoordinated like me, and she also checked in to make sure the moves were being executed correctly. She was fab.
