I had a great class and enjoyed it thoroughly. Already recommended to several friends. Also very much enjoy Willian's classs which are brilliant . Also very much enjoyed Demy's class but harder as I am better at flexibility than strength,, but will try again - great challenge.

I have completed approximately 75 classes since classes recommended after lock down and have really enjoyed each and every one.
The teachers are so professional and experienced.
I feel so much stronger as a result of attending the Classes.

Una is one of the best teachers I've been to. I randomly joined her class one day and now make it a priority to go now on a weekly basis.
