Great class. I was a couple of mins late and the coach made no big deal of it. Car park was full-ish but managed to get a space. Loved it today! Last week we had a jump board class and it was AMAZING - would love to have a schedule for those classes. It’s a lot of fun and I really felt it worked my core.
