Excellent class, really challenging but also enjoyable.

It was my first session with this company and I was very impressed. I have several different injuries and need to be very careful but Odilla was superb. Not only was she fun and encouraging she helped each one of us with alternative exercises to suit our individual injuries. Very professional outfit!!!
